Who we are

A registered childcare company, arranging care family by family since 1984

We arrange childcare and daily-life support for working parents, relocating families and single-parent households. Every arrangement starts with your children’s routines and ends with a written schedule both sides have agreed to.

What we arrange

Five ways we support your family

Each service runs on the same footing: checks first, the schedule written down, and a named person who answers when something changes.

Who we work with

Built around two sides of the same arrangement

Families need certainty about who is in their home. Carers need a clear brief. We write both down, and keep the same version for everyone.

For families

Tell us your children’s routines, languages and schedule. We propose vetted carers, you meet them, and the agreed schedule is written down before care starts.

How it works

From first conversation to first day

Most families go from enquiry to a first care day in about two weeks — the pace depends on your schedule and how quickly you want to meet candidates.

01

Family consultation

We start with your family profile: children’s ages and routines, languages, schedule and what a good match looks like for you.

02

Carer proposal

You receive profiles of vetted carers whose checks, experience and availability fit your care schedule — with the verification record on file.

03

Introduction & trial

You meet the carer, agree the schedule and pickup range in writing, and start with a trial period before the ongoing arrangement.

What the care actually looks like

Three moments families tell us matter most: the morning handover, the after-school hour, and the end of the day.

Every carer is checked before they meet your family

Matching starts after the checks are done — not alongside them. Identity documents, an enhanced criminal-record check (DBS or the local equivalent) and reference calls are completed first, and the verification record is kept on file.

Common questions

Questions families ask us

If your question is about a specific city, a start date or a language at home, the enquiry form gets you a precise answer fastest.

How are your carers selected and vetted?

Every carer completes identity document verification, an enhanced criminal-record check (DBS or the local equivalent), and reference calls with previous families or employers before matching. The verification record is kept on file and can be shared with the family on request.

Can we request a specific language at home?

Yes. Language is part of the family profile used for matching, and we aim to propose carers who speak the language your family uses day to day. Availability varies by city and season, and we confirm language skills during the introduction call.

How does extra time on a given day work?

Extra hours are agreed with the family in advance whenever possible, and confirmed in writing. Rates follow the fee basis agreed for your care schedule, so the additional time is simply charged at the same confirmed basis.

What happens if my child is unwell?

Care schedules are flexible: you tell us as early as you can, and we re-arrange the session or pause it according to your agreement. Carers follow the family’s written instructions on medication and rest — they do not provide medical care or diagnosis.

Which cities and areas do you cover?

We arrange care in the cities where our vetted carers are active, and confirm coverage for your address before any booking. Pickup ranges for after-school care are agreed in advance and written into the care schedule.
