Childcare matching
A carer chosen for your family — not a listing you scroll through.

We build a family profile from a needs consultation: your children’s ages, routines, languages, the schedule you need covered, and what a good match looks like for your household. Based on that profile we propose carers whose background checks, experience and availability genuinely fit — and you decide after meeting them.
How it works
Each step ends with something written down, so nothing is agreed verbally and then remembered differently.
Needs consultation
A structured conversation about your children, routines, languages, schedule and expectations. This becomes the family profile used for matching.
Candidate proposal
You receive profiles of vetted carers whose completed checks, experience and availability fit the profile — with their verification record on file.
Introduction & trial
You meet the carer (online or at home), agree the schedule and house rules, and start with a trial period before the ongoing arrangement.

You always meet the carer before care starts
The introduction meeting happens at your home or online, whichever your family prefers. It is the carer you met in the proposal — the same person whose checks and references are on file — and it is your decision whether to go ahead.
In scope
Anything outside this list is agreed separately, in writing, before it starts.
- A written family profile before any candidate is proposed
- Carer profiles with completed background-check records
- Introduction meeting and a written care schedule
- Trial period before the ongoing arrangement
- A named contact for schedule changes and questions
Agreements and fees
Fees follow the type of care, the hours agreed and your family’s requirements. The fee basis is confirmed in writing before the trial starts — there is no payment to register for matching.
Matching is availability-dependent: we confirm realistic timelines for your city and languages during the consultation.
